The headland that closes the western arm of La Concha bay, reached by a 1912 wooden funicular. Mercure Monte Igueldo and a small clutch of pensiones sit on top with the entire shell of La Concha laid out 180m below. Quirky old-school amusement park (still operating). Stay here only if you want the view and don't mind a funicular schedule.
