Guadiana is where SMA's longer-term well-heeled residents and design-conscious expats settle. The streets are quieter than the centro but just as photogenic: high-walled houses spilling bougainvillea, discreet boutique hotels, and a handful of excellent restaurants. The neighbourhood sits five to ten minutes' walk from the Jardín Principal, close enough for daily access without the noise and bells of the historic core. It's the best balance in the city for those who want atmosphere and proximity without sacrificing sleep.
